Can you believe the garage door motor can be used on Industrial door ?

Can you belive that we are using the garage door motor (1800N) on the industrial sectional door which is 5m*5m ,it did not instaled in the middle but the side ! 

This has been tested for 3 years and its working very well so far ! what's the advantage :

1:> More safety because there is no steel wire which is never going to be break .

2:>With soft star and soft open 

3:>With emgency release .

4:>Much cheaper .
